Outdoor storage space
In addition to space within our flexible commercial buildings, we offer storage outdoors at our Empire Boulevard facility in Penfield. A wide range of commercial and private storage needs can be met on our secluded, limited-access property. Our excellent location close to the city of Rochester, its highways and Route 104 means you have a storage area ideally positioned and rapidly reached from your office or job site. Our headquarters and owner/managers are at this supervised area.
Commercial equipment & materials storage
A number of firms utilize our space to park their heavy equipment such as a bulldozer, front loader, snowplow or dump truck, when not on the job site. Vehicles pass in and out of our facility daily, supporting regional uses and reducing liability or vandalism losses.
Use our land if you are limited in parking your commercial vehicles at your office/home location.
Storage areas are open during weekdays, gated during off hours. Frequent users can get 24-hour access with their personal control.
Construction projects can pre-position materials or store them off of the project site. Our space can be helpful to offload and divide larger lots of materials to prepare vehicles for individual deliveries in the region.
Van box storage
These boxes can contain inventory, construction materials, machinery or small vehicles. With 8 feet interior width and lengths up to 45 feet, they are effective, accessible, sheltered storage for those not requiring a building.
Car, boat and RV storage
Seasonal or temporary outdoor storage of cars, trucks, boats, or recreational vehicles is available at our private compound for items which do not require indoor housing. Save garage or driveway space and take advantage of an isolated, limited-access site to place your equipment.
